This is an ongoing collaboration with visual artist Jeremy Grant and ten solo artists exploring wordless language and extended techniques. In each piece I have been working with a technique I call liminalation, one rooted in the phenomenological interaction and transitional space between ten pitch scales and two pitches that are not contained within each scale.
