Sound Healing
I’ve spent most of my life trying to be comfortable in environments that felt too loud, too fast, or too distracting before I learned to embrace my sensitivities as strengths instead of weaknesses. I come to my sound healing practice as someone who is highly sensitive to my environment, deeply attuned to subtle shifts in sound, space, and energy.
At the same time, I’ve always been a high performer. I know what it means to set ambitious goals and meet them. As a conservatory-trained professional musician, I spent over a decade in high-pressure settings, pushing myself to succeed. I also know the toll this kind of lifestyle can take—burnout, creative exhaustion, disconnection from the body, and the stress of constantly striving.
Exploring the healing nature of sound has been a way home for me. It’s helped me reconnect with myself, slow down, and rebuild a more sustainable, embodied relationship with creativity and wellness. Now, I offer that experience to others—whether in holistic wellness spaces or corporate environments—through immersive, thoughtfully crafted sound experiences.
